    “Actually, the bulk of stuff that happens [at Parliament House], and happens in the public service, …are done by people who are working hard. Getting stuff done. Getting legislation drafted, you know? Changing things for the better, overall, hopefully. And trying to address the things that are real challenges in. And I think that's probably my sense, you know? Actually, it's probably more good things going on than not.”
